Job Description: Real Estate Sign Installation Specialist (Dallas Metroplex)

We’re looking for 2-3 reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support our listing team by installing and removing real estate signs across the Dallas Metroplex.

This role plays an important part in how our listings show up in the world - clean, consistent, and ready for the market.

What You’ll Do:

- Install real estate yard signs at new listings across the Dallas Metroplex
- Remove signs promptly once listings sell or go off market
- Ensure each sign is placed securely, straight, and positioned for visibility
- Coordinate with our team for scheduling and property access details
- Complete installations and return signs within 24 hours of request to support timely listing launches

Compensation:

- $30 per sign installation
-$20 per sign removal
-Paid per job (flexible, independent work style)

Logistics:

-All equipment (signs posts and panels) will be stored at our office: 7616 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Dallas, TX
-You’ll pick up and return materials as needed between jobs

What We're Looking For:

-Must have a reliable vehicle that can accommodate a large sign post (5.5 feet x 4 feet) and panel
-Strong sense of responsibility and timeliness
-Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
-Comfortable driving throughout the Dallas Metroplex
-Ability to meet a 24-hour turnaround expectation for sign installations
-Physical ability to install and remove signs outdoors, including lifting and carrying sign posts and panels (approximately 20 lbs), squatting or bending to ground level, and using tools such as a sledgehammer to secure posts into the ground
-Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
